The drug is mostly given for ADHD or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or Narcolepsy and should be consumed as per the recommended drug dose by the doctor. The drug possess possible risk during pregnancy and hence it should be not be consumed.
- The drug is an oral formulation and is oval or elliptical shape. It is blue in color and has D P 7.5 imprinted on the tablet.
- The drug should not be consumed with MAO inhibitor or other inhibitors or its consumption in the past 14 days.
- The drug size is 10.00 mm and oval tablet have partial bisect. It should be kept at room temperature, away from strong light and heat.
- Avoid consuming during pregnancy as it can lead to low birth weight for the child and even adverse impact.
The drug helps in stimulating release of certain chemicals in the brain which helps in increasing focus and concentration. A recommended dose for the drug is twice a day, one in the morning and one in evening.
